RAW MATERIAL REQUIRED:-
1. scrap (battery is subjected to manual separation process. Manually plastic/PVC and lead bearing materials are separated. Plastic/PVC are sold directly to the consumers for manufacturing plastic pipes or granules.)
2. Lead Acid Battery scrap

4. Lead concentrate
5. Lead dross
6. Lead ash and other lead bearing scrap.
The above raw materials, along with soda ash, iron turnings and charcoal are charged in to ROTARY FURNACE for smelting purpose and the same after smelting converted/melted lead is tapped out as crude lead blocks. Slag is separately treated in Rotary Furnace for further recovery. Emissions due to smelting are taken to Air Pollution Control
